Rural Welfare Trust, the guiding force behind Sri Krishna Matriculation Higher Secondary School, was founded with a strong commitment to uplift rural communities through quality education. This trust was registered at Arakkonam in the year 1993 and Sri Krishna I.T.I. was started.
Thiru. MJF. Ln. Dr. T.R. Subramaniam, his philanthropic father Thiru. T.C. Rajagopal Naidu and few dedicated members served formatting this trust for taking the Technical Education to the rural mass with God's blessing and support of people, Sri Krishna Polytechnic College was emerged in the year 1995.
Thiru. MJF. Ln. Dr. T.R. Subramaniam, chairman and a versatile educationist started the school in 2002 with a burning desire to prepare students to face the challenges, of the future and to keep pace with the emerging trends in Science and Technology. The polytechnic has already earned reputation for its excellent academic standard. Now the school has a wide spectrum of interest and activities under the able guidance of eminent educationists.
The love of Thiru. MJF. Ln. Dr. T.R. Subramaniam on children and his concern for the overall development are brightly reflected all over the school campus.
This trust has started Sri Krishna Teacher Training Institute and Sri Krishna College of Education in the year 2006.
In the year 2009 Sri Krishna College of Engineering was started.

With 100% academic results year after year, the school boasts several state-level toppers and provides special coaching for NEET and JEE aspirants.
