Attendance Guidelines
Regular attendance is a cornerstone of academic success at Sri
Krishna Matriculation Higher Secondary School. These
guidelines are set to help students maintain consistent
learning and uphold school discipline.

Students must maintain a
minimum of 90% attendance
throughout the academic year in order to:

Participate in co-curricular and competitive
events
-
The school day begins promptly at

must be seated in their classrooms before the first
bell rings.

Attendance will be taken
during the first period. Students arriving late must obtain a
late slip from the
office.
-
Leave for one day must
be communicated through the
school diary and signed
by the parent or guardian.
-
Leave exceeding one day requires a
formal leave letter
addressed to the Principal.
-
Medical leave beyond two days must be supported by a
doctor's certificate
and submitted upon return.
-
Students are expected to be present on the
first and last working day
of every term.
-
Unauthorized long leave or absence on
reopening/closing days may attract
strict disciplinary action
or a fine.

Frequent absenteeism without valid reason will result
in:
