General Instructions to Pupils
Sri Krishna Matriculation Higher Secondary School expects
every student to uphold the institutionβs values of
discipline, respect, punctuality, and integrity. These general
instructions are to be followed sincerely by all pupils to
maintain an orderly and enriching school environment.
πAcademic Conduct

Be attentive in class and complete all assignments,
homework, and projects on time.

Always carry the
school diary, textbooks,
notebooks, and required materials to school every day.

Maintain
neat and legible handwriting
in all written work and examinations.
β°Punctuality

Arrive at school
before the first bell rings at 8:45 AM.

Students arriving late must report to the school office
with a valid reason.

Repeated late arrivals will result in a warning and
parent notification.
πSchool Property

Respect school property. Do not damage furniture, write
on walls, or litter the premises.

If any damage is caused intentionally or negligently,
the student will be required to
pay for repairs/replacement.

Mobile phones, smart devices, and cameras are
strictly prohibited.
Confiscated devices will be returned only to parents
with a warning.

Bringing toys, games, or unauthorized items to school is
not allowed.

Always speak politely to teachers, staff, and fellow
students.

Avoid the use of abusive language, teasing, or bullying
of any kind.

Maintain
discipline during school assemblies, events, and in
the school transport.

Attendance & Leave

Regular attendance is essential. Avoid unnecessary
absences.

Leave must be applied in advance, except in emergencies.
A medical certificate is mandatory for extended sick
leave.

Absence without permission, especially on exam or
reopening days, will be taken seriously.

Participate actively in all school programs,
competitions, and activities.

Represent the school with pride in inter-school events
and uphold its name with honor.
