It is duty of the parents to ensure that their children come to school neatly, regularly and punctually.

Parents should check the diary daily and put their initials. They may check up the home assignments, late attendance record, teachers note to parents etc.

Close Co-operation between parents and teachers is absolutely necessary for the integral development of the child.

Parents are welcome to visit the school after each tests and examinations on the dates given in the diary to discuss with the Teachers and Principal about the progress of their children.

Due to unavoidable circumstances if any exam day is announced as an holiday then that days exam will be conducted at the end, after all exams over. The next day exam will be conducted as per the time table.

Parents are free to make suggestions and complaints if any, only to the Principal, in person or to the teachers through diary. Parents may meet the Principal after 4.00 p.m. on all working days.

Parents are expected to co-operate and help their children everyday to complete their homework.

Parents should see that all the prescribed fees are to be paid Within the stipulated time.

The interest and encouragement of the parents in the all-round progress of their children is a valuable asset to the pupil and to the school.

At the time of admission in our school original community certificate & Birth Certificate should be produced for verification.

Parents or visitors can meet teachers or students only with the prior permission of Headmasters during working hours.

Attendance on National Days like Independence Day and Republic Day is compulsory. Absence without prior approval will be viewed very seriously and may invite drastic disciplinary action.

Every child should and must possess the school diary. The diary should be brought to the class every day. It can be preserved as momento and student will really cherish it if they maintain it properly. The diary shall be submitted to the Headmasters once in three months on the dates notified for his inspection.

In order to appraise themselves or their wards progress in school, parents are requested to go over to the school on the Parents Meeting Days after each examination without fail.

Progress Report will be handed over to the parents during the parents meeting. They must carefully examine the marks and do everything in their power to improve their ward in their weak subjects and instill regular habits of study.

Parents must make use of this opportunity to consult the teachers and share with them any problem connected with the child.
